Chardonnay
2024 was a vintage of exceptional quality, good rainfall over winter, very mild spring and moderate summer temperatures produced once again very low yields. The grapes were hand harvested on the 14th March from a dry grown, single vineyard in Shoreham. The wine has great drive and purity.
| Region | Mornington Peninsula |

| Harvest | 14th March |
| Clone | I10 |
| Soil | Light grey with fine sandy clay loam |
| Barrel | 11 months. French oak Puncheons |

| Winemaking | The grapes were picked and immediately pressed into tank. The juice was then cold settled overnight, racked, warmed and transferred into barrel for natural fermentation. The barrels were then topped and left to age on gross lees for 11 months in French oak puncheons (500L). |
| Tasting note | This wine is bright in colour with green tints, lifted citrus and stone fruit aromas. The palate is intense and layered with a long minerally fine finish. |
