Pinot Gris
The 2025 season saw a welcomed return of warm and extended summer conditions, producing full flavoured wine with great intensity and concentration. The grapes were picked on the 14th March from a dry grown low cropping, single vineyard in Shoreham. The wine shows great concentration with a finely textured palate.
