Chardonnay Right Side of Racy
Sourced from Gingin clone Chardonnay grown in Wallcliffe and Karridale, this beautifully crafted wine is whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented in fine French oak. The profile is savoury and finely detailed, with subtle notes of stone fruit, citrus and baked apple. Coastal influence and lees stirring add mineral depth, leading to a wonderfully creamy mid-palate. Racy, rich and structured, with vibrant energy.
